PUBG Mobile Dropped My Rank from Gold to Bronze and Won’t Let Me Switch Servers Back

I’ve put in countless hours and sleepless nights grinding in PUBG Mobile, climbing my rank with real dedication. I was proud to reach the Gold tier, and now, out of nowhere, my rank has been reset to Bronze—as if I just started playing. All that progress? Gone in an instant.

Not only did my rank drop drastically, but I’m now stuck playing matches full of bots, which completely ruins the experience. I had only changed my server in hopes of improving performance and matchmaking, but now I can't even switch my server back to where it was. The game won’t allow it, and I’m left playing in a region that makes the entire experience frustrating and meaningless.
