Postegro Refund Request After Private Profile Feature Failed
I paid a weekly subscription fee of $8 through iOS for the Postegro app, which claims to allow users to view private profiles, on Thursday, September 17. Although the app promised that it could show private profiles, when I tried to access them, it failed to deliver on this promise and displayed warnings stating that it could not access private profiles.
Since I was unable to benefit from the service in any way, I immediately canceled my subscription. Despite this, I believe the $8 I paid was unfairly charged. So far, neither the app nor Apple has provided me with any information or solution.
I request that the $8 I paid for this subscription, which I was unable to use and which did not provide the promised service, be refunded to me as soon as possible.
