Paid for Postegro Lili App but Private Accounts Aren’t Showing, Requesting Refund

I paid for the Postegro Lili and Postegro apps, spending nearly ₺300 (₺200 + ₺99), but despite the payment, I still can’t view private accounts as promised. My payment was taken directly from my card through the App Store, and I’m now concerned that this could lead to further issues. I expect a full refund since the service isn’t working as advertised, and I will pursue this matter until it’s resolved. Please address this immediately, as I don’t want to deal with further problems from this transaction.
