I Face Connection Issues on PlayStation Portal and Can’t Play Outside

I purchased the PlayStation Portal, expecting my child to enjoy playing games outside of the house. Unfortunately, from the moment we tried using the device, we couldn’t establish a connection in any location. Even at a major PlayStation café in a shopping mall, where the internet connection was strong, the device failed to connect despite multiple attempts by the staff as well.
This experience has been extremely frustrating. I purchased the PlayStation Portal believing it could be used outdoors, as marketed. But if the device cannot connect anywhere outside the home, what is the point of this product? It defeats the entire purpose of portable gaming and has caused great disappointment to my child and our family.
I explicitly request a full explanation about the connection limitations of the PlayStation Portal and either a repair to fix this connectivity problem or a full refund if the product cannot deliver the portable gaming experience it promises.
