PK XD Gem Balance Turned Negative After 28-Gem Purchase
My nickname in PK XD is starrypony#645239. On August 9, 2026, I bought a fire extinguisher in the in‑game PK XD store for 28 gems. At that moment I had 52 gems, but after the purchase my gem balance suddenly became –27 instead of being reduced correctly. Later I managed to change this –27 to –17 by adding more gems, but the initial error with the negative balance persists and I ended up losing gems that I had already earned. This situation is very discouraging, because I made a normal purchase in the official PK XD store and the system miscalculated my balance. I kindly request that my gem balance be corrected and that I receive the remaining gems that are missing in my account, or at least that my balance be adjusted so that I recover the gems lost due to this error. I am sharing a screenshot of my current balance to help verify the problem and I ask that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.
