PK XD Account Inaccessible After Logout Despite Correct Password
I use a Samsung Galaxy A17 and play the game PK XD on this phone. I had registered my PK XD account and could log in without any problem. After I logged out, the game stopped accepting my password, even though I am sure it is correct, and now I cannot access my account. On this account there are more than ₺500 of in‑game purchases and about two years of effort and progress. I last logged in without problems this morning between 2 and 4 a.m. and after logging out I have not been able to log in again. I request that my PK XD account be restored and that I be given access to it again so that I do not lose my purchases and two years of effort.
Progress
I have been unable to access my PK XD account, which I have been using since 2019 and contains all my special items from 2019 and purchases worth approximately 500–1000 TL, for about 1–2 months. Although my account is registered and I log in with the same email and password, I receive a warning that the credentials are incorrect on the first attempt, and on the second attempt I encounter a “server error” message.
The email address linked to my account is [email protected], and my in‑game username was “Melisreto #33152”. After logging out of my account once, I could not log back in, and since then my account has completely disappeared. I have been playing on this account for years, using all my special items from 2019 and making regular in‑game purchases.
I wrote to the support team about the problem, but more than a month has passed and I have received no response at all. My account has not been restored, nor have I received any explanation regarding my issue.
I request that my PK XD account be reopened with all my 2019 items, progress, and purchases intact, and that I be given an explanation for the hardship I have endured and a prompt response. Additionally, due to this serious inconvenience and prolonged access problem, I demand an in‑game apology package that reflects the magnitude and duration of the issue.
