PicMagic locked my edited photos after payment, how can I regain full access?

If you logged into your PicMagic account and found that a premium plan is live in the Billing/Subscription settings, cancel it right away to avoid getting charged again.

If you still have access to your account, download all of the edited pictures before canceling the membership. Some people say that when the subscription ends, you can't use the service (including cloud storage) anymore.

If you weren't supposed to be charged or can't get in, send an email to PicMagic support or use the contact page, include payment screenshots, and ask for a refund.

If you paid through Google Play or the App Store, you can also ask for a refund through their system while you're still within the allowed time.

If help doesn't respond, you might want to file a complaint about Xolvie to get things sorted out.
