Pi Network Wallet Approved Without Consent, Balance at Risk

I am experiencing a serious issue with the Pi Network app. Three days ago, my wallet was approved by another user without my knowledge or consent. After this incident, all steps on my mainnet checklist, which were previously marked green, now appear canceled, and the system is requesting me to create a new wallet. This situation raises major concerns that I might lose my existing balance. My username is e* and my registered email is n*@gmail.com**. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and I have not yet contacted Pi Network support. I request that my original wallet be reopened and my current balance fully preserved. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and my grievance addressed.
