I have been a Pi Network member for 5 years, and I am facing a serious issue during the KYC identity verification process. The system automatically creates a new wallet without user consent, failing to transfer coins to the original wallet, leading to financial loss.

My username is dirik79, and I know many other users are experiencing the same issue. This is a major problem that must be urgently addressed.

I request an immediate update to ensure all transferred coins are reflected in the correct accounts. Pi Network, please fix this issue as soon as possible and prevent further user losses!
