Pi Coins Not Transferring to Wallet Because 2FA Step 9 Won't Complete

I have been unable to access the Pi coins in my Pi Network 2FA wallet since the very day the app launched. Step 9 of the 2FA process never gets approved, which means my coins have never been transferred to my wallet.
I have reached out through support channels and explained the situation, but I have never received any response. This issue has been going on for a long time and is now causing me real harm.
I am asking that Step 9 be manually reviewed and approved as soon as possible, and that my Pi coins be transferred to my wallet in full.
