• Restart the PhonePe app and your phone to clear temporary glitches
• Update PhonePe to the latest version and check for any pending system updates
• Try making the payment on a different network (switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data)
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether the failure is due to bank server issues or NPCI downtime
• Check if your UPI limits (daily/monthly) are reached
