• Open the PhonePe app and go to Help → KYC → KYC Pending/Not Updated and report the long delay
• Provide your registered mobile number, KYC submission date, document type submitted, and screenshots showing pending status
Ask them to;
• Explain why KYC is still pending and whether documents were rejected or under manual review
• Confirm if re-submission or video KYC is required
• Approve your KYC and remove wallet/UPI limitations once verified
If the problem persists;
• Keep all screenshots, ticket IDs, and submission confirmations
