PhonePe cashback not credited after offer conditions met, how do I raise a complaint?

If PhonePe cashback wasn’t credited even after meeting the offer conditions;
• Open the PhonePe app and go to Help → Cashback/Offers → Cashback not received and report the issue
• Provide your registered mobile number, transaction/UTR ID, offer name, date/time of transaction, and screenshots proving the conditions were met
Ask them to;
• Verify the offer eligibility and fulfillment status
• Explain why the cashback was not credited
• Credit the pending cashback or provide a valid reason for rejection
