Philips XB9125 Vacuum Broken Wheel
Since my father lived in the Netherlands for many years, he has been very confident in Philips's quality for years. He doesn't use any other brand other than Philips, and he is very meticulous about these issues as he is a mechanical engineer. Although our Philips XB9125 model vacuum cleaner in our house was used very little (the house was only vacuumed a few times after purchase), first one wheel of the vacuum cleaner head and then the second wheel broke off. I didn't think to send it to the warranty. They will say user error and send it back. In addition, none of the users I have read so far who have had the same problem have received a positive response. It is not possible to understand why a world giant brand like Philips makes such perishable household appliances. Also, in 6-7 years, big white dots started to appear on our Philips TV. TV was unwatchable. I think you really need to stay away from Philips now.
