Personality.co makes recurring charges even after cancel, how can I stop future billing?

If Personality.co starts charging you after you cancel, make sure you actually cancel your subscription on their site: Using your email, log in.

Then, go to the "Membership/Subscription" part and click on "Cancel Subscription."

If you can't remember the email, look for older messages from them in your inbox and stop from there or on their cancel page.

You can also email their support and clearly tell them you want to stop all future charges and receive confirmation of cancellation in writing.

If charges keep going through even after cancellation and help doesn't reply, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
