Pdfzmart Subscription Cancellation

I have a monthly PDF subscription with Pdfzmart Geneve that I did not intend to continue, but it is still being charged to my account. Most recently, on 24 September 2026, an amount of 34.96 CHF was debited from my bank account for this service. I would like my Pdfzmart Geneve subscription to be cancelled immediately and the September charge of 34.96 CHF to be fully refunded to my original payment method. I request written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further payments will be taken from my account.
