If Pdfgo charged you after a quick use and now keeps billing, here’s how to stop these unwanted charges;

Check your subscription status;

• Log in to Pdfgo → Account → Billing / Subscription
• Confirm:
– Plan type
– Auto-renew status
– Next billing date
• Screenshot the subscription page

Cancel auto-renew;

• In Subscription settings → Turn off auto-renew
• Save changes → Screenshot confirmation

Check where you subscribed;

• iPhone (App Store):
– Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
– Find Pdfgo → Cancel Subscription
• Android (Google Play):
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Find Pdfgo → Cancel
• Screenshot subscription status

Check email (Inbox + Spam);

• Search for:
– “Subscription confirmation”
– “Renewal notice”
– “Payment receipt”
• Screenshot any relevant emails

Contact Pdfgo Support;

• Explain you were charged after one quick use and don’t want to renew
• Provide:
– Account email/username
– Charge date & amount
– Screenshots (subscription + bank + cancellation)

• Ask them to:
