Pazarama Bank Points Campaign Misled Users About Limit

I joined Pazarama’s campaign “Transfer your bank points to Pazarama and use them at double value on November 11! Last day: November 9” based on an SMS I received. The message did not mention any limit on the maximum bonus points that could be earned. When I clicked the link in the message, I couldn’t access any campaign details. Today, I transferred a total of ₺4,366.21 in points from my various credit cards to my Pazarama account, assuming that, according to the campaign message, I would be able to use these points at double value—₺8,732.42—on November 11, 2025. However, I later learned from customer service that the maximum bonus points allowed under the campaign were capped at ₺200, meaning I can only spend a total of ₺4,566.21. This limitation was never disclosed to me beforehand. When I contacted customer service, they said the transferred points could not be reversed and that the campaign details were available on their website. Yet the SMS I received contained no such information, nor did the link direct me to the campaign details. As a result, I have been misled and financially inconvenienced.
