Unable to Withdraw Earnings from Shutterstock via Payoneer – Payment Not Received

I am unable to withdraw my earnings from Shutterstock. I successfully linked my Payoneer account, but the payment has not been transferred. I have no idea what is causing this issue or how to resolve it.

I need to withdraw my funds this month, yet there is no update or explanation on why my payment hasn’t been processed. Has anyone else experienced this issue before? If so, how did you fix it?
