Payoneer Support Ignored My Email Change Request for 15 Days

For about 15 days, I have been trying to update the email address associated with my Payoneer account, but I have not received any response. The email address currently registered to my account is no longer in use and has been deactivated, so I am unable to receive any notifications related to my account.

Even though I have filled out and submitted the Payoneer support form multiple times, I have not received any response at all. Since I have not been informed about the process, I am unable to use my account properly. The phone number registered to my Payoneer account is active, and my customer ID is 62879659.

I request that my old email address be replaced with my new email address, De******@gmail.com**, and that a confirmation email be sent to this new address once the update is completed. I kindly ask for a prompt response regarding this matter.
