I have a Payoneer business account registered in Tunisia as a freelancer/sole proprietorship, linked to the email address adamsorry***@gmail.com and customer ID 102651296.
My Business Profile / Business Interface document has been under review for more than 30 days. I submitted the required document on March 12, 2026, and since then, the verification status has remained “Under Review” with no progress.
Because this verification has not been completed, my account is partially restricted, and I am unable to activate or use certain services. For this reason, I have intentionally not made any payments or withdrawals yet, as I want to wait until my business profile is fully verified and my account is completely clear.
I contacted Payoneer support regarding this issue, but I only received automated responses, and it appears that no manual review has been carried out by the appropriate team. This prolonged delay is preventing me from properly starting to use Payoneer for my freelance business.
I kindly request that my Business Profile / Business Interface be manually reviewed by the Payoneer Compliance Team as soon as possible and that the verification process be completed without further delay, so that all account limitations can be removed and I can use all services normally.
