Payeer Wallet Blocked: Refund Still Not Received

I am writing regarding the blocking of my Payeer electronic wallet with ID P87684***, which contains funds in the amount of 0.05413391 BTC. My wallet was blocked at the end of November 2025 while I was using the service from Ukraine, and since then I have not been able to access my funds. I have contacted Payeer support several times about this issue. In the last response dated 16.01.2026, in ticket No. 6927618, I was informed that my funds would be returned to the wallet address I provided. However, up to today, 0.05413391 BTC has not been returned, and I have not received any real result or clear explanation from the company. This situation is very upsetting for me, because these funds are important and I relied on the company’s promise. I demand a full refund of my funds in the amount of 0.05413391 BTC from the blocked wallet to the wallet address I specified in the correspondence with your support service, as was previously promised. In addition, I request compensation for the moral damage and stress caused by the prolonged blocking of my wallet and the failure to return my funds within a reasonable time. I ask you to process the refund and compensation as soon as possible and provide clear confirmation after the transactions are completed.
