I Need My Money Back

I have been unable to access my Payeer wallet account for months and my funds are stuck inside. Each time I try to log in, the application simply does not allow me to log in and I cannot reach my account in any way. Recently I even deleted the app from my Android phone and tried to download and use it again, but it still does not let me access my account. There is approximately 10 USD in my Payeer wallet, and I have the right to access and use this balance. When I try to contact Payeer support about this issue, the support page keeps showing as not available, so I cannot get any assistance or response from the company. I request that my Payeer wallet account be unlocked as soon as possible, that I be allowed to log in on my Android device, and that I be given full access to my 10 USD balance. If my account cannot be restored, I request that my balance be refunded to me in an accessible way and that a clear explanation be provided regarding why I was locked out.
