Parimatch Support Logged Into My Account and Stole ₹7,980

I am a Parimatch user from Andhra Pradesh, and I am filing this complaint regarding a very serious issue with my main betting account. A Parimatch customer support representative accessed my account, and after that access, an amount of ₹7,980 was withdrawn from my wallet without my permission. I have screenshots as evidence of what happened. The person who logged into my account and communicated with me used the mobile number 88753459**, while my registered mobile number is 63048388**.

When I reported this incident to Parimatch customer support, instead of taking full responsibility and securing my account, the representative told me they would only resolve the issue on a “50-50” basis and repeatedly stated that they would return only half of my money. I find this completely unacceptable because the loss occurred after the support agent accessed my account, and I did not authorize this withdrawal. I am requesting a full refund of the entire ₹7,980 that was taken from my wallet, a proper investigation into the customer support representative who accessed my account using the mobile number 88103459**, and a complete security review of my account to ensure this does not happen again. I also expect a clear written explanation of how this incident was allowed to occur and what steps will be taken to protect users in the future.
