Papara Black Card Withdrawal Limit Error - Cannot Transfer Balance

I am a Papara Black Card user, and for the past two days, I have been unable to withdraw the balance from my account. When I try to make a transaction through the mobile app, even for a small amount like ₺50, I receive a “limit exceeded” warning. My account has sufficient funds, my card is active, and I have been using it without any issues for a long time. There are no contractual or security restrictions on my account. I tried to contact Papara customer service regarding this issue but received no response. I have successfully made withdrawals many times before, and this problem only started two days ago. I request that Papara ensure the balance in my account is transferred to my registered bank account and that this issue be resolved urgently.
