Can't Withdraw My Money From Papara

I can’t withdraw my money after the company was shut down by the government. The only way to withdraw the remaining balance is by transferring it to an already saved IBAN, but I don’t have any saved. When I try to add a new one, the system won’t let me and keeps saying, “There was a problem and our team was notified.” It has been showing this message for weeks, and I just want my money back.
