Schwarzkopf Burned My Scalp With Palette 10 1 Hair Dye Despite Proper Use

I am a consumer who actively uses many products of the Schwarzkopf brand. I bought the PALETTE 10-1 hair dye for the first time and my scalp was seriously burned, there were blisters and bleeding areas. I have the necessary hospital reports on hand. I applied the product by paying strict attention to the application leaflet in the box. As soon as I applied it to my hair, I felt a burning sensation and stinging on my scalp. I ended the process in the 15th minute and washed my hair. I will apply to all my legal rights. I am suffering this pain because of this brand. I will seek my rights in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
