Today, April 4, 2026, my OVO account on my Android phone was accessed without my permission. An unknown person gained access to my account, used the funds in it, and as a result, my security code was blocked and my OVO account itself became locked.
I immediately contacted OVO customer service to report that my account had been hacked and that my balance had been taken, but so far I have not received any clear or definitive response regarding a solution or the status of my funds and account.
Through this complaint, I request that OVO investigate this hacking incident, return all funds that were taken from my account, and restore my account access by unblocking both my account and security code so that I can safely use the service again.
