Ome TV iPhone App Broke After Paying $14 to Lift 720-Hour Ban
While using the Ome TV app on my iPhone, I was given a 720-hour ban. Because the ban was excessively long, on January 13, 2026, I tried to bypass this restriction by paying about $14 USD with a card through Apple. However, immediately after the payment, the “accept” and “reject” options disappeared entirely from the chat screen in the app, and I could no longer use the app normally.
This issue has never been resolved since the payment, and since then the “accept” and “reject” options have not appeared on the screen. My username in the app is scorrpionn21. Although I have contacted Ome TV support and relevant parties, I have received no response and my problem remains unresolved.
My primary request is that this bug in my account be urgently reviewed, that my account be restored to normal, and that the “accept” and “reject” buttons in the chat screen be made functional again. Despite having made a payment, not being able to use the app is causing hardship, and I want this situation to be resolved immediately.
