Unfair 300-Hour OmeTV Ban After “Inappropriate Behavior” Report

While logging into the OmeTV app through Google on my Android phone, my account under the username “ece” was active. A short time ago, I suddenly received a warning stating “reported for inappropriate behavior” and was given a 300-hour ban. The screen now shows a countdown timer of more than 335 hours, counting down the time during which I am unable to use the app.

I would like to clearly state that I was not the person who engaged in any inappropriate behavior. A friend who was next to me briefly acted inappropriately on camera, and it happened so suddenly that I could not prevent it. Still, applying the ban directly to my account and issuing such a long restriction without giving me the opportunity to explain feels unfair. Additionally, there is no clear information on the screen about whether my account will automatically be restored once the countdown ends.

I respectfully request that this misunderstanding caused by my friend’s behavior be taken into consideration, that the lengthy ban on my account be reviewed and, if possible, lifted, and that my account be reinstated so I can continue using OmeTV normally.
