While using the OmeTV app on my Android phone, I received an unfair temporary ban. The other user simply asked me for my Facebook profile, and I shared my own Facebook account with my real first and last name. Even though I did not engage in any insults, profanity, inappropriate content, or rule-breaking behavior, I was suddenly penalized.
The ban was issued about five days ago and was for more than 700 hours in total. As of now, I still see 623 hours remaining on my ban. The other user did not report me; they voluntarily asked for my Facebook information, and I shared it. Despite this, I find such a long ban completely unjustified.
My account is registered under the email address y**********@gmail.com**. If there has been any misunderstanding, I am requesting that the situation be reviewed and that the temporary ban be removed, or at least reduced to a reasonable duration. I kindly ask that the result of the review be communicated to me via email. If necessary, I can also provide screenshots.
