OmeTV Wrongful Minor Ban – Restore My Account

Yesterday I received a ban on my OmeTV account. The message that appears on the screen says “You're banned” with ID 396627*** and the reason indicated is “minor”. However, the situation happened because I left my phone for a moment while I went to the bathroom and my little brothers were looking after it during that time. I consider this ban to be unfair because I am the real owner of the account and I am not a minor. I did not use the app inappropriately; it was only a short moment when my brothers had the phone. I kindly ask you to review my case and remove the ban on my account so that I can use the OmeTV application again as normal.
