Ome TV Account Banned As Minor After Cousin Appeared On Camera

I have been using Ome TV on my Honor X6a, and today my account was suddenly banned. The reason shown was “minor,” and this happened after my little cousin appeared briefly on camera by mistake. I did not intend to violate the rules and have never previously broken any Ome TV policies or received any warnings. I believe this ban was applied unfairly because the appearance of my younger relative was accidental and for a short moment, and I always aim to follow the platform’s rules. I kindly request that my account ban be lifted, or at least that my situation be carefully reviewed so that my account can be reactivated. I have not made any payments or in-app purchases on this account, and I have not yet been able to reach support through any other channel. I am asking for a clear review of my case and the removal of the ban so that I can use Ome TV again in line with the rules.
