'OmeTV Is For Adults Only' Message
I use OmeTV regularly and recently encountered a problem specifically on my iPad. When I search for OmeTV and open the site on my iPad, I receive a message stating “OmeTV only for adults, we found out your age isn’t the minimum requirement.” However, I am able to use OmeTV on my phone without any issue, which makes this restriction on my iPad seem inconsistent and unfair, especially when I know there are younger users on the platform who are not blocked in this way. I have already contacted OmeTV support twice to object to this age-related block and to ask for clarification, but I have not received any response or explanation so far. This lack of communication leaves me without any understanding of what exactly triggered this restriction or how to fix it. I kindly request that my account and device be reviewed, that the age-related block on my iPad be removed if it was applied in error, or that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for this restriction and how I can resolve it.
