I use OmeTV on my Apple iPad, and on 2 May, I encountered an unfair age-related block on my account. While opening the app and signing in, I accidentally clicked on my younger sibling’s account first, which caused it to be blocked due to age. Afterwards, when I signed in with my own account, which is an over-18 account, it was also blocked for age. I believe this is a mistake caused by the accidental sign-in with my younger sibling’s account, and I would like my own account, which is over 18, to be allowed and unblocked so I can use the service again. I kindly request that my OmeTV account be reviewed and the age block on my own account be removed as soon as possible.
