OmeTV Charged $20 on Google Play Without Authorization

I am writing regarding an unauthorized purchase on OmeTV via Google Play on my Android device. On December 28th, a payment of $20 was taken from my family member’s card through Google Play, and the amount was charged in connection with the OmeTV service. This payment appeared as taken by Chat BTK Bank. I did not intentionally purchase any OmeTV bans or related services, and I did not give consent for this $20 transaction. The email linked to the OmeTV/Google Play account where this charge occurred is: Ranczlaszl***@gmail.com. Since this purchase was not made knowingly or with my approval, I request that this $20 payment be fully refunded to the card used and that any related unwanted service or ban purchase be cancelled. I kindly ask you to review this transaction, confirm that the purchase was unauthorized or made in error, and process a refund as soon as possible. I would also appreciate written confirmation of the cancellation and refund to the above-mentioned email address.
