While using the OmeTV app, I was banned about four months ago, and I believe the ban was unfair. During the session, I simply showed another person on a different phone, and despite not engaging in any inappropriate behavior, I was given a ban of approximately 7,000 hours.
I do not believe that I violated any rules, and I consider this punishment excessive and unjustified. My account is associated with the phone number 0537*47, and I am currently unable to access the application.
I request that OmeTV review the ban placed on my device/account and remove it as soon as possible, or at least reduce the duration to a reasonable level.
