OmeTV Account Banned Without Reason and Warning

I am an OmeTV user from Bulgaria and my account linked to the email address kolev****[email protected] was banned today while I was using the app on my Android phone. I was using my normal picture and I am not aware of doing anything that violates your rules. When I tried to use OmeTV again today, I saw a ban message and could no longer use my account. I have never received any previous warnings or temporary bans before this, and I do not understand the reason for this sudden ban. I kindly request that you review my account and the ban decision as soon as possible. If I have violated any rule, I would like to be informed clearly about what exactly caused this ban. If there is no valid reason, I ask that my account be unbanned so that I can continue using OmeTV normally.
