OmeTV Account Banned for “Underage” by Mistake
My OmeTV account appears to have been banned for “underage” by mistake, even though I am an adult. I only use OmeTV through the iOS mobile application, and when I try to access my account I see a “You’re banned” message showing the reason as “underage” and the Ban ID 396149162. My OmeTV account is linked to the email address pavlov***[email protected]. I do not know the exact date when the ban was applied; I noticed it only when trying to use the app again. I kindly request that my account and Ban ID 396149162 be reviewed, that the underage ban be lifted, and that my access to OmeTV be fully restored if there is no other violation.
