OmeTV Account Banned for “Irrelevant Image” Due to GoPro Preview

A few days ago, when I tried to log in to my Ome TV account, I saw that I had been banned. On the screen it says that my account was banned for an “irrelevant image” and it suggests that I can remove the ban by making a payment with PayPal or a credit/debit card. I use a GoPro camera, and there is always a very short preview at the beginning while the camera is still loading. Because of this loading preview, an irrelevant image briefly appeared before the camera properly turned on. I believe the system misinterpreted this as a violation, even though it was just a technical delay and not something I did intentionally. On September 23, I sent an email to Ome TV support explaining that this was a misunderstanding caused by the GoPro loading preview and asking for a review of my ban, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that you review my case again, lift this ban that I believe was given by mistake, or at least reduce the sanction without requiring any payment, and allow me to access my account normally.
