OmeTV Banned My Account Using Someone Else's Camera Image

I use Ome TV on my laptop and recently discovered that my account has been banned. When I tried to understand the reason, the system showed me the supposed violation and displayed an image from the camera, but the person in the picture was a completely different man whom I do not know. This suggests that I was mistakenly associated with someone else’s actions. I only just became aware of this ban, and it is still active, so I am unable to use my account. My email address registered with the service is bigmanur***[email protected]. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed, that the incorrect evidence linked to my account be checked, and that my ban be removed as soon as possible so I can continue to use Ome TV normally.
