I did not contact in-app support or customer service about the incident, and I have not received any response. The app informed me that a 713-hour ban had been applied.
Despite the other user’s inappropriate behavior, I was the one who was unfairly banned, even though I was the victim in this situation. I find this unjust and request that my ban be completely lifted.
