Minichat Wrongfully Banned My iPhone Account After Abuse From Other User
On September 22, 2025, while using the Minichat app on my iPhone, I was unfairly banned during a chat in which the other party used inappropriate language toward me. My username/ID is 319051905. I did not contact in-app support or customer service about the incident, and I have not received any response. The app informed me that a 713-hour ban had been applied.
Despite the other user’s inappropriate behavior, I was the one who was unfairly banned, even though I was the victim in this situation. I find this unjust and request that my ban be completely lifted.
