OkCupid Refuses Access While My Personal Data Remains Stored
My name is Carla and I am filing this complaint about OkCupid to request the definitive deletion of my personal data. My account was banned and my access was revoked, and it was registered with the email address rozelima1***@gmail.com and phone number +55 77 99***-9841. Because I can no longer access my account, I am unable to manage, view or delete my data directly on the platform. I request the complete and permanent deletion of all personal data linked to my account, including photos, messages, location history, logs, profile data and any other personal information stored by OkCupid, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). I also request written confirmation, sent to my email address, that all my data has been fully deleted from your systems.
