Unfair Permanent Ban for Macro Use in Knight Online While Others Continue Playing

As a Knight Online player, I received a permanent ban for allegedly using macros. However, I find this decision highly unfair, as many players, including Twitch streamers, openly use macros during live streams without facing any consequences. Even a simple search on YouTube (e.g., “USKO Asas PK”) clearly shows streamers using macros, yet they continue playing and streaming uninterrupted.

Many non-streaming players also use macros, which is well-known but overlooked by the game administrators. The rules explicitly state that macro use is a bannable offense, but selective enforcement is evident. Why am I permanently banned while others continue playing under the same circumstances?

I demand that NTTGame either enforce the rules equally by banning all macro users or stop applying double standards. If I do not receive a response or resolution soon, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Rights Committee to seek justice.
