I Urgently Need Visudyne 15 mg for Treatment but Can’t Find It

I’ve been diagnosed with central serous retinopathy, and my doctor prescribed Visudyne 15 mg for photodynamic therapy. However, this medication—distributed by Novartis—is completely unavailable in Turkey. I’ve searched everywhere, but no pharmacy or provider has it in stock.

This is an urgent medical situation. If my treatment is delayed any further, I risk permanent vision loss. It’s terrifying to know that a critical drug exists but I can’t access it because it’s not being supplied in my country.
