Nivea Black & White Stick Deodorant Fell Apart

About one month ago, I purchased NIVEA Black & White Stick Deodorant from a grocery store. Although I stored the product under proper conditions, I noticed a serious deterioration in its texture from the first few uses. The stick portion should be smooth, but instead it has broken apart, crumbled, and looks as if it melted and then hardened again.
For the past two weeks, I have stopped using the product because of this condition. Experiencing such a quality issue with a cosmetic product that comes into direct contact with the skin is concerning from a health and safety standpoint, and it has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. In my opinion, this clearly qualifies as a defective product.
I request that NIVEA urgently investigate this issue and either replace the defective product with the same item or refund the amount I paid. Otherwise, I will use all available legal rights, including filing with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and will follow the process carefully through the appropriate authorities if necessary.
