Nivea Lip Balm Contains Hair – Quality Issue and Delayed Customer Service Response


I was shocked to find a hair embedded in my new Nivea lip balm. I immediately contacted Nivea customer service, and their response was to send it in for inspection. Not only am I frustrated by finding something so unhygienic in a trusted product, but now I'm also expected to go through the hassle of shipping it back. It took a week just to get this initial response, and they seem to expect me to keep the product in its contaminated state for inspection. This lack of urgency and the poor quality control is disappointing. I would appreciate a more proactive approach from Nivea to address this promptly.
