Nivea Men Derma Control Roll-On Causes Excessive Clumping

Approximately five days ago, I purchased Nivea Men Derma Control Clinical 96-hour extra-dryness roll-on deodorant from Migros. Even though I have used the product according to the instructions, it has caused excessive clumping on my skin since the very first day. This significantly reduces the comfort of using the product and also leaves stains and buildup on my clothing, making everyday life more difficult.

Even when I sit down, stand up, or walk, these clumps fall from underneath my clothing, creating a constant and uncomfortable sensation throughout the day. Experiencing this level of clumping from a product marketed with “extra dryness” and “clinical protection” claims does not meet my expectations in terms of product quality.

I contacted Nivea about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, I request a replacement for the product or, if possible, a refund of the purchase price.
