Nivea Cleansing Strips Do Not Stick to Nose

I have trusted Nivea for a long time and have enjoyed using many of its different products. Yesterday, I purchased a pack of Nivea cleansing strips in Güzelbahçe, Izmir. The package contained four strips, and although I tried two of them, neither strip would stick to my nose at all. At first, I thought I might have used the product incorrectly, so I tried the second strip as well, but the result was exactly the same. The product simply did not work as intended.

I am not requesting a refund, but after this experience, my trust in Nivea has been seriously shaken, and I currently do not feel comfortable using its products. I kindly request that this product be investigated and that the necessary quality checks be carried out to prevent other customers from experiencing a similar problem.
