I Got Stained Socks After Wearing My Nike P6000s Just 5 Times

I purchased a pair of white Nike P6000 sneakers from SuperStep on September 22, 2024. Since it was already cold outside, I didn’t start wearing them right away. A month ago, once the weather improved, I finally wore them out. To my shock, after just five wears, blue dye started leaking from the heel and sole areas—completely staining my socks. The photos clearly show this defect.
I returned the shoes to SuperStep for inspection, expecting Nike to take responsibility for a clear manufacturing issue. Instead, they blamed me for “user error” and sent the shoes back. How can taking shoes on and off normally cause blue dye to bleed through the sole? I’ve bought this same model before and never had any problems.
